SHIPPING POLICY
We have put a lot of focus on making sure orders get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible.
Order processing:
We typically pack your order the next business day. Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. Expect an email within that time to let you know your order is on the way!
Store pickup:
Orders can be picked up daily, from 9.30am. Please whatsapp us with your order number prior to coming so we can ensure the parcel is ready for you.
Delivery time frames:
West Malaysia: Shipping takes between 1-3 business days with 85% of our parcels reaching our customers in 1 day.
East Malaysia and Singapore: Typical delivery time is 3-7 days.
Other ASEAN countries: Typically takes between 7-14 days. Please contact us for a more accurate quote/ timeline.
Others: This varies from country to country and may take up to 1 month. Please contact us for a better quote / timeline.
Shipping rates:
West Malaysia: Free shipping for orders above RM100. RM8.50 for orders below.
East Malaysia: Free shipping for orders above RM100. RM15 for orders below.
Singapore: Free shipping for orders above S$50. S$8.50 for orders below.
International shipping:
We offer international shipping upon request. Free shipping for orders above USD 25.00

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at tradeadvice8181 @gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

**Orders over $30+ are subject to a 10% restocking fee and responsible for all return shipping costs.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

STOLEN PACKAGE, NOT RECEIVED, OR WRONG ADDRESS?
Bagustomart is not responsible for lost orders due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, (this includes wrong apt/house #, wrong street, etc.). Bagustomart is not responsible for unclaimed or refused orders. Please contact the mail carrier with your full name and tracking number.
Bagustomart is not responsible for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier, and this includes stolen or missing packages. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
